I do concealer/foundation/powder first and cover the bejesus out of my acne scarred T-zone, then gently clean off my natural eyebrow hairs with a q-tip of alcohol before going in with my eyebrow pencil. Definitely makes my eyebrows look more natural and not dull or overdrawn.
