These grow lights get a green thumbs-up and will give your plants the extra boost they need to succeed.
Promising review: "When I first saw this product I was skeptical, thinking that it looks cheap. But when I received the light I was pleasantly surprised! This device is very sturdy and seems well-built. The clamp is very strong to hold the light firmly in place, even at unusual angles. The gooseneck arms are strong and yet highly adjustable (they stay where I put them). This thing is surprisingly bright when adjusted to its highest brightness. I like the fact that it's USB-powered because USB charging blocks are easily replaceable if needed. The unattended auto-cycle function is a relief for when I have to be out of the house for long periods of time. I have a plant that I want to keep alive as long as possible for sentimental reasons as it was the favorite plant of a family member who passed away. Recently, despite my best efforts, the plant has been looking quite sickly, as if it's dying. I've only been using this light for two days and am already seeing fresh, new, healthy-looking sprouts growing out of the soil! From an aspect of quality versus price, I consider this light to be a great investment!" —Echelon

Promising review: "So this is the THIRD Mars Hydro light I've purchased since really diving into this new hobby and so far I have no reason to look at any other lights. They are beautifully designed, silent, lightweight, and they give off a beautiful white light very similar to those therapy lamps people use to feel happy. I was lucky enough to have this company recommended to me by a professor who actually teaches hydro and aqua. Very reasonably priced as well. No reason to spend a fortune when these lights get the job done. MARS HYDRO KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! You have earned yourself a loyal customer here." —Taylor M White

Promising review: "First let me say my house is completely shaded by trees. I don't have a single window with direct light. I have many plants that were doing just ok, but now are going nuts. I now have purchased five of these in the last year. My cacti are doing great, my flamingo plant and peace lily are constantly blooming, and my snake plants are developing full variegation. Two months ago I purchased two more so we could grow plants in parts of the house that don't have windows and they are working out beautifully! The oldest is just about a year old and still no issues running it eight hours a day. We even did the math and it works out to about $1.45 a month to run it! So even with five going we are only spending less than 10 dollars a month and the house is full of life. I don't know how well it would work for more picky plants, but anything that requires full to partial indirect light is taking off at my place!" —Henry W.

Note: in order for your setup to look like the photos, you also need to purchase the Lettuce Grow Farmstand, which is sold separately.
Promising review: "Healthy plants, yummy abundant produce from a minimal amount of effort. With 50 plus years of gardening experience, I am still awed by the difference Glow Rings have made in the quality of my harvest. The manufacturer has obviously spent a lot of effort into developing the absolutely perfect spectrum of light for optimum plant growth. The foliage of the plants is so very healthy and the flavor of everything is so deeply good. Results like that do not occur accidentally. I have tried many many different indoor set-ups and the Farmstand with the Glow Rings is absolutely wonderful and well worth the investment." —Mary S.

Promising review: "I have to admit I was very reluctant to spend this much money for plant lighting. However, it took only a moment after I installed it to realize I had made a wise choice. The Spider Farmer 2000 completely took over the space I have for my plants; it is a 6'x12' area. I have two 600u lights for one half of the area and the one Spider Farmer 2000u one the other. When I first turned it on I was amazed, it not only lit up the half area it was dedicated to, it also overwhelmed the other half that I had the two lights dedicated to. I actually had to look to see if they were even on! This was a great purchase and I am glad I decided to take a chance and buy the SF-2000. I highly recommend it!" —Scott Claxton

Promising review: "Light works like a champ!!! Growing my peppers with no issues. And the best part is, I went to the company website to check them out and their home page had a section that said if you send a video of the lamp in use they will send two 1000w lights for free. I thought it was a joke but I submitted the video and received the two 1000w lights today. What an amazing deal!" —christopher.grima

Promising review: "I bought this pair of lights to use in a little succulent shelf display I made for my succulents and small cacti. It works amazingly! I love the dimmable brightness, and the timer function is standard and on par with most other basic houseplant grow lights. To my surprise, the lights work SO well that my big leaf philodendron who resides over 10 feet away from this shelf is starting to grow toward it! Had to purchase a second pair for her, can’t wait for them to arrive tomorrow so she can live her best life!!" —Kaleigh

Promising review: "These are excellent grow lights. I live in Arizona and we have two different growing seasons. One in the spring and one in the fall. These lights are perfect for starting plants from seed and having them on standby waiting for the right time to plant-based on temperatures. They do not put off the odd purple color that some grow lights produce. It is a standard white hue. The stand is adjustable and fits the seed starter trays that they sell at all the big box stores perfectly. I used to be frustrated by trying to time the seasons and my garden suffered. Now I can be ready for just the right time. I highly recommend this product for the serious gardener. Good luck and happy planting!" —ponce

Promising review: "I can’t recommend this enough. I absolutely love houseplants but my room is north-facing and does not receive much natural light, and I’m also renting, so I am reluctant to invest in anything that will damage the walls or be hard to remove. This light is the perfect solution to both problems! It looks so elegant wrapped around my curtain rod and my plants absolutely love it — I’ve only had it for a week or two and I’m already seeing lots of healthy new growth. The light emits a pleasant, warm glow that feels much better to look at than those fluorescent, super-bright glow lights! It is a little pricey but totally worth it in my opinion. If you have similar circumstances and are debating if you should take the plunge, I say absolutely go for it!!" —Molly G.

Promising review: "We have north-facing windows and get terrible light. After all my houseplants died this past winter (RIP), I was committed to making my apartment a more hospitable place for greenery. As a novice (is there a level below that?) gardener, I had not realized how important appropriate lighting was to plant health. My plants have not only survived but THRIVED under better lighting conditions! I took out a shelf in a bookcase and hung this up to make a little plant haven. It brings me so much joy to see my green pals doing so well! The light is white, and not bothersome at all! I use it with a smart plug to better control when it is on. Would definitely recommend!" —Brittany

Promising review: "I couldn't be happier with this product. I love the flexibility in being able to manipulate the arms to provide maximum coverage. The clip is durable and sturdy. I have been using this grow light for about two weeks now, and I can definitely see the difference in my plants all ready. I have the plants in my foyer and they do pretty good in the summer but not so well in the winter. The leaves have become firm where they were limp, the color of the plants has improved, and they have even sprouted some new growth. Well worth the money." —Anna

Promising review: "This thing is incredible! I am extremely satisfied and surprised at the sheer growth my succulent is getting from this light. My succulent was long and stretched out and should have had rosy-colored edges of the leaves, but was yellow instead. A month and a half under this light and the plant head has nearly tripled in size, the leaves are fuller and compact, the edges are showing the rosy color and, most impressively, every little area where the plant was stretching is now being filled with a completely new head growth! I am blown away and highly recommend this product and I plan on getting another soon! Another update: this thing makes everything I put under it grow like weeds! I added a one-inch cutting of another plant that I just thought was going to die off to the existing planter. Two months later, it has exploded and nearly overtaken half of the planter!" —Devin Stevens

Promising review: "I've had three other kinds of grow lights before I got these. These are by far the best! I normally don't write Amazon reviews but I had to for these guys. I also suggest them to friends. They have a nice white/pink hue that I like much better than that ugly purple/red color. If you have them in a tall cabinet, you will need to get shades or those foggy sticker things you can put on windows. I have seen SO much new growth in my plants and they're all very happy. They are too intense for the plants but are full-spectrum so the plants are still getting everything they need." —William F. Norton
