1. Tillandsias miraculously grow without soil... yes you read that correctly. Place it near an east or north-facing window and soak them when they dry out.

8. String of Pearls store water in their leaves because they're succulents (pretty much). They're so dainty and cute, I've been asked if mine is real. Only water when the pot feels light.

12. Burgundy rubber plants can handle direct sun but bright indirect light is cool too. They're pretty easy going as far as ficus plants go and absorb airborne toxins.
13. Peace Lilies can add some tranquility to your home during stressful times. Want to help drain harmful things like ammonia (found in many household cleaners)? Grab one of these babies.
14. Parlor Palms are an easy way to get that ~tropical vibe~ in your home. They tackle the toxic fumes in cigarette smoke making them one of *the* BEST plants for air quality.
15. Ivy gracefully trails down walls and shelves with lush, green foliage. If you love cottagecore, you will love the look of ivy crawling throughout your space.
16. Bloomscape's Potted Calathea Set might be the easiest way to brighten a dead area of your house that has decent light. Their leaves adjust dramatically according to the light. You might think they're waving to you.
