"I'm absolutely obsessed with this tumbler. I filled it up with ice and water the first night I got it and — I kid you not — the ice was still in full cubes 24 hours later. It's also a hella pretty holographic pink colour that doesn't show dents or scuffs thanks to its rock-hard coating. You can swap between a straw mouth and sippable lip by flipping the cap, or you can close both mouths completely with two quick clicks." —Alice Prendergast
Get the tumbler, straw, and a straw cleaner on David's Tea for $25. Also available in silver holographic, black holographic, matte grey, and purple metallic shades.
"The plastic blade dug right in and it was really easy to cut all around the avocado. I actually knicked myself with the blade (because it was so slippery) but it didn't cut my skin or hurt at all. Taking out the pit is easy and, honestly, I wish I could do this for hours. I didn't need to use a lot of force to get the three spikes into the pit and it came out with a twist. Scooping out the avo looked to be going perfectly at first, but got difficult near the bottom of the avocado. TBH: It probably would've been perfect if I left my avocados to ripen for one more day." —Sarah Aspler

"I was on the hunt for a new streaming service, and honestly didn't know if Disney+ was the one for me. Turns out, it is. I can indulge in guilty pleasures from way back when for hours and hours and the options are seemingly endless. I recently started sharing a membership with some friends, so it's even more budget-friendly." —Alice Prendergast

"When ~something inevitably happens~ to throw my skin out of whack — like stepping foot onto a dry-ass airplane or being super stressed out — I keep a stash of Cosrx pimple patches handy. They actually absorb gunk from your pimple — it's gross, but so helpful! And you're INCAPABLE of picking at your skin when these are on! True little miracles, these are." —Maitland Quitmeyer

"Thanks to its spiral design, this hair tie doesn't leave any bumps in your hair at all. None! I sleep with my hair in a wrapped into a bun and in the mornings I unravel and have the same straight hair I got ready for bed with. The Invisibobble is also made of plastic, so keeps your hair in place but somehow (magic? idk?) doesn't ever snag. Basically, it's a wonder product and I can't believe I used regular hair ties for so long." —Gyan Yankovich

"My mom got me this for Christmas last year and when I opened it, I was a little confused. I didn't ask for a dishrack, nor did I need one, but she claimed it was amazing, and boy was she right. The absorbant material ensures that no puddles find their way onto your countertop and I can hide it away when guests come over to clear up space and make my kitchen clutter-free. If you're lacking kitchen space, you'll probably love this." —Alice Prendergast

"Sincero’s writing is hilarious, sarcastic, and real, which is why it resonated with me so strongly. She doesn’t just lay out a list of things to do to make changes in your life; she gives insight as to why you are the way you are, how to change the things you deem negative, and how to use the universe, or “The Force,” as she calls it, to make massive life changes that will stick. After finishing the book for the first time a little over a month ago, I have actually already started feeling a hell of a lot more positive about my life and career choices. For example, in my line of work (travel blogging/Instagram) comparing yourself to others is so easy to do. Instead, now I focus solely on what I’m doing and how it makes me feel — which has done a lot for my mental health." —Taylor Fuller

"When I bleached my hair, it was completely busted. It broke every time I brushed it and basically looked like one of those tumbleweeds you see in an old western movie every time I blowdried it — until I found this. It's thicker than most oils (a bit lighter than the consistency of gel) and combs through hair like a dream. It packs in moisture like nobody's business and also smells freaking amazing" —Alice Prendergast

"How many times has this happened to you: You make a big pot of coffee and then realize you're the only one drinking it. You end up drinking the whole thing and get so wired you consider just sprinting to work on foot. Well, dear reader: I suggest you just make a single cup of coffee with a simple pour over coffee maker. This inexpensive one from OXO is a great place to start, thanks to its price point and easy-to-use design. Simply line with a coffee filter, add your grounds, and pour in the hot water. The water tank has markings so you know exactly how much water you're adding. The lid retains heats while brewing and the hole patterns ensure that you get an even and quality brew every single time. It usually takes about five minutes to get a full cup of coffee. I prefer this bad boy over a French press simply because it's way easier to clean and works just a smidge faster (every second is crucial when you're waiting on caffeine)." —Bek O'Connell

"Do you dust? Because I don't! I find that when I dust, the particles just fly into the air, and it seems like I'm not cleaning at all. Well, everything changed when I bought the OXO microfiber hand duster. Dust and dirt stick to this thing like a magnet — it's both gross and satisfying to see. The best part is, the cloth is removable and machine-washable so it's clean and ready to be used for next time. It's a small thing, but my apartment feels so much cleaner with this duster around!" —Yi Yang

"I am a forgetful person who loses all of my stuff all the freaking time, especially my wallet. Yes, that is one of the most important things I own and I should be more aware of where I put it, but I'm 27 and apparently still haven't gotten the hang of it. That's where this little device comes in handy. I just slide the Tile Slim into one of the credit card slots in my wallet and can now track where it is with the help of the free Tile app. If I can see that it's in my home on the map, but can't find it, I just ring the device and it sets off a symphony of noises that help me hunt it down. Now, I'm not gonna lie to you, the sounds that erupt out of it are ANNOYING, but that makes me find it even faster because I (and my roommate) want it to shut up." —Alice Prendergast

"I recently ran out of plastic sandwich bags which lead to a discussion between my husband and I if we even really needed them in the house at all. We decided we did NOT and chose to try out reusable Stasher silicone snack bagsinstead. They've been great! They're super easy to clean, come in fun colors, and feature a really tight pinch-lock seal, so snacks stay fresh. We're definitely going to buy the sandwich bags as well. Welcoooooome to a plastic-free 2020!" —Heather Braga

"It's cool and refreshing, aka the perfect wake-up call for my drooping eyes and fading brain cells. It also makes my skin look the slightest bit more dewy, and, very importantly, doesn't irritate my skin. But in all honesty, why would it? It has soothing ingredients like aloe vera, bladderwrack (yep, that's a thing), gardenia, rose, and thyme. It almost sounds like one of those hyper-healthy smoothies I never drink. The nozzle distributes the product really evenly and finely, which, as silly as it is to point out, is not the case for all spray bottles! I use this to give my skin some pep literally any time of the day, and sometimes even to set my makeup if I'm just wearing concealer. It's always mist o'clock somewhere! 💨" —Sarah Han

"I don't wear rings very often, because I have a hard time finding ones that fit (my ring size is 11) — and I always seem to lose or ruin the jewelry I do get. But Enso Rings sent me a small collection to try out, and I haven't taken them off since I got them. The flexible silicone makes them super comfortable to wear, and they're completely waterproof. I don't have to worry about taking them off when I wash my hands or getting those annoying green stain on my fingers like I do when I wear costume jewelry. They also come in a variety of different colours, textures, finishes, and sizes, so I can create a customized look every time." —Kaysey Davis

"The very *first* time I applied Lanolips, it made SUCH a difference through the rest of the evening that I couldn't stop rubbing my lips together and lightly patting them with my fingers! Now, I apply a tiny amount about three times a day and haven't suffered from chapped lips since. A little goes a very long way, and it's kind of goopy and sticky to apply, but I don't care one bit. When it wears off (or soaks in? I think it does a little of both) a little bit later, my lips are still super soft, healthy-looking, and don't hurt or crack when I smile!" —Natalie Brown

"If you're looking for ways to be more eco-friendly with food storage, I gotchu: this beeswax wrap is made of organic cotton treated with jojoba oil and tree resin. It works just like the alternative but is washable, reusable, and compostable. It's also a lot thicker, so it can hold more watery foods, like tofu, without any leakage. This set comes with three sizes, the smaller ones are great for fruits and veggies, and covering bowls, and the larger one is awesome for loaves of bread." —Alice Prendergast

"It’s a somewhat thick, gel-like consistency that I just dab under both of my eyes and within minutes, the puffiness is gone. Sometimes, I’ll even put the product under my eyes and just let it sit for a few minutes before rubbing it in, and on some occasions, I’ve even put it on my forehead, or my cheeks, or anywhere else I just need an instant lift. Within minutes, the caffeine particles in the solution have de-puffed my skin, and my eyes look amazing and ready for me to go in with the rest of my skin care and makeup. In my opinion, the best part really is the fact that a little goes a long way — I can change how much I use based upon how severe my puffiness is. And I love the product so much, I’ll use it morning and night before heading out the door for a night out with the girls (or even just staying in and sleeping, IRL). Added bonus: If you have sensitive skin like me, this product won’t give you any problems." —Jamé Jackson

"This liner dries quite quickly, so you don't have to worry about accidentally smearing it and ruining the whole look. And once it dries, that baby STAYS. PUT. The above GIF is me aggressively rubbing the dried eyeliner on my hand. NO BUDGING. By the end of the day, my liner looked pretty damn close to perfect. It's super matte black — no sparkles or wet-looking liner here! And rather than being a felt tip or marker, the brush is made up of little hairs so it won't dry out and you won't lose any product. It's surprisingly easy to control and I found that I could closely follow my lash line and swoop upward without making a mess." —Maitland Quitmeyer

"I put the huggers on my halved produce, left the duo chilling in the fridge for two days, and returned to find that things still looked fresh. Fresher than they would have been left in a bag or plastic container? Not necessarily. But fresh! I'll definitely use them to hug more food in the future. One caveat: I do think you're better off using them with vegetables of a solid sort; it was easy to get the onion properly situated, but I felt like I had to squish my tomato too much to get the hugger on it snugly." —Mallory McInnis

"Micellar water is pretty unfussy to use: You put some on a cotton pad and swipe it over your face, and it removes makeup (including eye makeup) along with sweat, oil, etc. And…that’s it! You don’t even have to rinse it off when you’re done. It doesn’t have a strong smell or leave your skin tingling like an astringent does; it really just feels like…water. That initially left me skeptical that it was actually working, but after a year of using it, it remains as effective as ever. It’s also good for people who don’t wear makeup, and who maybe think they don’t need to wash their face every night but who are married to people who don’t want the sweat and grime one acquires daily as a human being in NYC/the world all over their pillows." —Rachel W. Miller

"The design of the mug is so user-friendly. Its body has two compartments: one exterior plastic cup and a second slightly slimmer cup that fits inside of the larger one. You dump a heaping spoonful of loose tea leaves into the larger cup and fill it to a measured line with boiling water. After about five minutes of steeping time (during which I'm usually doing my makeup or checking Snapchat), you fill the second cup with ice cubes. The bottom of the second cup is made with a mesh lining, so when the tea water is finished steeping, you slide the second cup down into the first. As this happens, the leaves are pushed down and kept separate from the liquid you're drinking while the ice cubes chill off the tea you just steeped. In two minutes, you have perfectly brewed iced tea with a ridiculously good sippy-cup top that won't give you any issues on a moving train." —Augusta Falletta

"I have combination skin that's prone to redness (especially around my cheeks and nose, with the latter being really annoying), plus the occasional pimple. After two weeks of regularly using this toner in my evening routine, I barely need concealer to cover the Crayola redness under my nostrils. PLUS! It's super effective as spot treatment. This stuff attacks your pimples with the same vendetta that Buffy used to destroy vampires: It works that well." —AnaMaria Glavan
