On the time thing. for cookers it is the cook time you need to set it for. the warm up and depressurize time varies by device. same for mis en place prep time. those are guesstimates at best. no one knows how long it takes you to cut an onion etc. versus the next person. cook…

Ok, movies that represent the latest in a series of films based on literature or legends like Robin Hood, The Mummy, Frankenstein, Alice in Wonderland etc. are NOT remakes. They are retellings of the same story. A remake is only when a specific movie is being redone.
