Yes, but it's relatable for any queer person who goes through the same experience. I'm not a lesbian, but as a bi girl who usually presents as stereotypically feminine and prefers women, I find this extremely relatable.
I had an ex who tried to mansplain birth control, of all things. He also used to go on about how men apparently have hormonal mood swings similar to, but not NEARLY the same as, PMS. He'd do this while I was literally PMSing, and he generally had trouble with not being the center…Â
