Uhhh only the dime doesn’t explicitly state how many cents it is worth. The penny says “one cent” and the quarter says “quarter dollar.” If Americans can do the math on how much a quarter is worth, I think people from literally any other country can do it. And some states/cities do have stricter open container laws, but at least in my city I rarely see people holding two open tall boys and falling down the subway stairs because they’re so drunk. That’s just a Thursday night in London!
