I think that I may have depression and/or anxiety and I physically can't focus in class. I stress about little things other people wouldn't worry about (every time we go somewhere I think about all the worst-case scenarios that could happening I tell myself that if I think about everything…Â
That feeling terrible about your self and your body-image is stupid. Someone will love you who for who are, you don't need to change for others. Better things are coming, you just need to face the tough times to find your silver lining.
