    1. Round The Twist (1989 - 2001)

    If you didn't rush home from school to watch this, your whole childhood was a lie.

    2. Blue Water High (2005 - 2008)

    This series made you want to take up surfing and live by the beach, which is reason enough for it to return.

    3. The Adventures of Lano and Woodley (1997 - 1999)

    Australian Broadcasting Corporation

    Frank Woodley and Colin Lane had perfect chemistry and comedic timing on this short lived gem.

    4. The Ferals (1994 - 1995)

    Australian Broadcasting Corporation

    This show revolved around puppets so it's really not that big of an ask to get the gang together again. Literally just dig them all out of a box.

    5. Frontline (1994 - 1997)

    Australian Broadcasting Corporation

    It was hard not to fall for this satirical newsroom comedy and a comeback would be particularly interesting given how much has changed in the world of reporting.

    6. Lil' Elvis Jones and the Truckstoppers (1997 - 1998)

    It was a cartoon, so just draw more, we're not asking for much.

    7. Puberty Blues (2012 - 2014)

    Puberty Blues was an absolute gem tbh. The season two finale left the door wide open for another installment, which should come sooner rather than later.

    8. Kath and Kim (2002 - 2007)

    The series spawned an (atrocious) American remake, one telemovie and one feature film, but the foxy ladies of Fountain Lakes really should be back on the small screen.

    9. McLeod's Daughters (2001 - 2009)

    Nine Network

    It had a good run, but that doesn't mean it can't have an ever better one, right?

    10. Rove (1999 - 2009)

    Network Ten

    Host Rove McManus eventually went on to star on Rove LA (2011 to 2012) which, unsurprisingly, was set in Los Angeles. But it just wasn't the same as the original, which won a casual five Logie Awards.

    11. The Secret Life Of Us (2001 - 2005)

    Network Ten

    The beauty of revolving a show around a bunch of twenty-somethings is that you can always drop by a few years later to see how everyone is doing.

    12. Heartbreak High (1994 - 1999)

    Network Ten

    There aren't enough Australian teen dramas, in fact there basically aren't any at all, which is why Heartbreak High really needs to resurface.

    13. Thank God You're Here (2006 - 2009)

    Network Ten

    Thank God You're Here gave comics a space to blow audiences away, with notable guests including Rebel Wilson and Arj Barker. The show even spawned an American and English version, so why can't the original return?

    14. Minty (1998 - 1998)

    The long lost twin format works every time (seeThe Parent Trap and Sister, Sister), so this show is timeless.

    15. The Book Place (1991 - 2002)

    Seven Network

    Don't you want your children to grow up watching this? OF COURSE YOU DO.

    16. Fast Forward (1989 - 1992)

    Seven Network

    This show launched the careers of Gina Riley and Jane Turner, aka the foxy ladies who created Kath and Kim. If Fast Forward came back, who knows what other Aussie talent it would unearth?

    17. Burgo's Catch Phrase (1997 - 2003)

    Nine Network

    Just think of all the new catchphrases???

    18. The Sleepover Club (2002 - 2008)

    Nine Network

    This show starred Caitlin Stasey, who we all know is a total badass. That's reason enough for a comeback.

    19. Silversun (2004 - 2004)

    Did the crew ever get to the Silversun? WE DESERVE TO KNOW.
