Here's A Look At The Evolution Of Batman, Superman And Spider-Man's Symbols Through The Years

    The ultimate #TBT.

Batman, Superman and Spider-Man are arguably the most iconic heroes the world has ever known (sorry, Cap).

Eric Snapper, a Florida based content creator, stated in an email to BuzzFeed that with the explosion of comic book heroes in movies today, it's easy to forget some of the radical changes they went through in the comics through the years.

Snapper also expressed that Spider-Man was his favourite superhero, explaining that, "He was always the easiest to relate to while growing up."

He added, "I would be the happiest person in the world if they could somehow get Spider-Man into the Marvel Cinematic Universe! One of my first books was with Spidey as a member of the Avengers, and I can't imagine a Civil War story-line without him!"

So, to celebrate and remember the evolutions of his heroes, Snapper and his team at PicClick created these supercool visuals, tracing their logos over the years:

Snapper told BuzzFeed that he's a fan of both the current Marvel Cinematic Universe and Sony's Spider-Man universe.

"I love the current Marvel Cinematic Universe! I love how it emulates reading the books. When it comes to stories like Civil War, you can get this amazing story by reading the Spider-Man books, but you don't get the whole story until you read what's happening with the X-Men, and the Avengers. Deadpool had a huge role to play in stopping the Secret Invasion, but you don't necessarily know that unless you read his comic book.

As far as the Spider-Man films, I really appreciate them. They're one of the reasons why comic book movies are so big right now! I've been a huge fan of Sam Raimi since I first saw The Evil Dead so he can do no wrong in my eyes!"
