Look, I just want to start by saying that I love teen movies as much as the next person. Truly, they are my JAM. But with that being said, I re-watched a few recently and some things just didn't sit right with me.

Like, how in John Tucker Must Die, John dismisses his bad behavior, aka lying about sexploits that never happened, by claiming it's "just locker room talk."
Or how in She's All That, a girl makes a sexist comment, telling Lainey she "runs like a girl."

So, we want to know, have you noticed something in a classic teen movie that struck you as problematic? Maybe it's the unacceptable and offensive language, like in Mean Girls...
...or, maybe it's how the RARE times there are diverse characters, they're portrayed as a stereotype, like Long Duk Dong in Sixteen Candles.
