A lot of people think "oh, just get over it." But you can't. You can't just shut it off and forget about it. A lot of times, a person with anxiety doesn't even know what triggers it. Or people think its getting nervous, or shaky. Anxiety is more than that. It's angry outbursts, yelling…Â
Don't give up! It may seem like the most difficult task for the first few days, but then it just happens, and it's glorious. Ask for help from anyone that has nursed. Don't be afraid to nurse in public. And don't worry if it doesn't happen right away.
