Now this is how you should react when your offer of a handshake gets snubbed:
Canadian assistant referee Joe Fletcher took the snub by a Fifa official, said to be former Ghana international Tony Baffour, completely in his stride before Wednesday’s World Cup match between Spain and Chile.
His smooth move clearly amused Spain’s goalkeeper and captain Iker Casillas and the pair shared a joke after Fletcher eventually got his handshake.

Casillas wasn’t laughing for long though as Spain went on to lose the game 2-0 and the defending champions were eliminated from the World Cup.
