You may have heard that Walt Havenstein has been working overtime to avoid responsibility for evading Maryland taxes, his shifting positions on the Affordable Care Act and the mess he left behind after stepping down as CEO of SAIC. Since it’s certainly not easy to come up with excuses for driving a company into a ditch, failing to stop massive fraud, and evading taxes (among other things), we decided to give Walt a few ideas for trying to explain away his failures.
