Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and his girlfriend, Jen Harley, are having a baby!
He confirmed the news on Instagram on Tuesday, but seemed to hint at some unexpected news a few days before with this caption: "Things in life never goes as planned or ever happen the way you expect it! #BestFriend #MyLife #LoveHer."
According to Us Weekly, the 32-year-old reality star is having a girl, and Jen is reportedly six months pregnant.
Ronnie told Us Weekly he's "used to being around girls" after growing up with sisters, but joked that "every guy wants a boy."
The couple began dating earlier this year after Ronnie split from his Famously Single costar and Khloé Kardashian's best friend, Malika Haqq, in February.
While Ronnie will experience daddy duty for the first time, Jen will be welcoming her second child. She's the mother of an 11-year-old son.
This makes Ron the second male member of the original Jersey Shore cast to become a father.
To prepare himself for fatherhood, Ron made sure to call on his friends for parenting advice. He reached out to Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio, and Jenni “JWoww” Farley.
This surprising announcement came shortly after news broke about the majority of the cast reuniting for a 2018 spinoff show called Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
Who knows, maybe we'll get to see Ron trade in his tanning bottles for baby bottles on the show.
