Fans have fallen hard for the Regency era love story and can't get enough of the stellar cast. From Regé-Jean Page to Julie Andrews, we've rounded up some fun facts you'll want to know about your favorite Bridgerton characters. Check it out below:
1. To start, Regé-Jean Page (better known as Simon Basset, Duke of Hastings) was born in London and spent his childhood in Zimbabwe.
2. Ahead of landing his role in Bridgerton, the actor made a name for himself with roles in Roots, For The People, and Mortal Engines.
3. Phoebe Dynevor is a Manchester, England, native and was born on April 17, 1995.
4. She portrays Daphne Bridgerton on the show and landed her first acting gig at age 14.
5. While Dynevor and Page currently share their onscreen chemistry in Bridgerton, they both once had roles on Britain's Waterloo Road.
6. Nicola Coughlan is originally from Galway, Ireland, and has been acting since childhood.
7. Before Coughlan got the part as Penelope Featherington, one of Bridgerton's fan favorites, she sharpened her acting skills at the Oxford School of Drama and Birmingham School of Acting.
8. Prior to Jonathan Bailey getting cast as Anthony Bridgerton, he won a Laurence Olivier Award for his role as Jaimie in the 2018 West End revival of Company.
9. Claudia Jessie (aka Eloise Bridgerton) grew up on a barge in Birmingham, England.

11. Actor Golda Rosheuvel portrayed Agnes in 2016's Lady Macbeth before appearing as Queen Charlotte in Bridgerton.
12. While you know Luke Newton as the charming Colin Bridgerton, he first got his start in 2010 on the TV series short called The Cut.
13. Both Newton and his Bridgerton costar Ruby Barker (aka Marina Thompson) appeared on Doctors years apart.
14. London local Luke Thompson portrays the second eldest Bridgerton brother named Benedict. He previously attended the University of Bristol and later graduated from RADA in 2013.
15. Long before his role as Prince Friedrich, Freddie Stroma portrayed Cormac McLaggen in the Harry Potter film franchise.
16. Stroma is happily married and tied the knot with his Unreal costar Johanna Braddy in December 2016.
17. Although Julie Andrews lends her voice to the character of Lady Whistledown, she never appears onscreen throughout the series.
