The The Ballad of Roger Mac in Outlander. I don’t want to ruin it but you knew something bad was coming then it happened then someone else gut wrenching happened. After that episode, I shut off the TV and stated at the blank screen before completely coming apart.

Guy Richie in Brimstone. It was easily he most stressed I’ve been watching a movie. His character was so calm and methodical and always had a reason for his behavior, no matter how horrible. I literally shuddered when he howled at the end

Ripper Street. It’s a crime show set in White Chapel in the years following Jack the Ripper. The storylines are great and the cast is incredibly attractive. Captain Jackson is one of the most progressive TV characters I’ve seen in a long time.
