I hate when they say "start off with 1 minute walking and 1 minute running and alternate" - I can't even handle THAT and I immediately feel discouraged. Couch to 5K my ass, I'm not a couch potato and I cannot go every other minute without wheezing and coughing.
Can I make a suggestion?
For the posts where the ingredients are not listed (like this one) can you guys put GF/DF/Ve/V or some indicator so that it's easy to see what posts to open up? I'm making the assumption that the author already reviewed all the recipes, so that small indication…Â
