I can ABSOLUTELY get on board with the outrage for most of these. However, I don’t feel the exact same way about the rest of them and completely understand that that’s probably due to a lack of certain experiences which would make representation so important.
That’s so interesting! I remember Sofia Coppola giving an interview where she said the Converse were included to effectively ‘remind’ the audience that Marie Antoinette was still a teenager (and shouldn’t thus be held to unreasonable standards).
I really, really, really want to do something to help him. Is there a fundraising opportunity that anybody knows of? He seems like a wonderful person who has the good opinion of a lot of people!
