    "I hate to say I’m glad it happened, but I was. Mia and Sebastian loved each other, but not enough to me. They both wanted a dream career so badly, and I never really felt like they respected each other's goals and dreams and wanted to bring them together. Plus, I didn't like how in their 'fake happy ending,' Sebastian had to give up his dream of owning a jazz club for Mia to become a successful actor."

    "They obviously didn't break up in the traditional way, but that phone call at the end was all I needed. Like, only a couple words were spoken, but it was enough for Stony to let him know that she was safe, and even though they still cared about each other, they knew they'd probably never be able to see each other again. As a viewer, you make peace with that as they do, and I think that's really cool."
