OH OMG ALSO John Ritter in 8 Simple Rules to Dating my Teenage daughter. He died unexpectedly in real life and they had to write it into the show - which was tough because it was a lighthearted family sitcom. That one was tough for me when I was younger.

Grilled stuffed poblano peppers with avocado crema. OMG. The picture would be better staged but we TORE INTO IT. It was fairly easy and absolutely the most delicious thing I’ve had all year (and low carb? YAS).
