Growing up my mom would always make Tyson chicken patty sandwiches. But our family always called them Krabby patties. It wasn’t until I told my roommates “I made krabby patties for dinner” that I realized it was weird to call them that.

The episode in Girls when Hannah comes back to NYC from Iowa and finds out Adam has a new girlfriend. I dunno why but it ripped my heart out. I cried and then had to take a break from the show for like 3 days to gather myself.

Girls. Not only does it deal directly with mental health when Hannah struggles with OCD, but also indirectly through showcasing the struggle of each character and how it affects their mental well-being. Whenever I can feel anxiety starting to well-up inside me, I watch Girls.
