Here's What All "The Hunger Games" Tributes Are Up To Now

    The odds really are ever in their favor...

    It's been over 11 years since the first Hunger Games movie came out — and we're just months away from The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes in November. Seriously, pinch me that we're getting a new Hunger Games movie in the year 2023.

    While I've got The Hunger Games on my mind, here's a look back at all the named tributes from the 74th Games — and what the actors who portrayed them are up to now:

    We're starting with District 12, for obvious reasons. 

    1. Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen (District 12)

    The "Girl on Fire" who volunteered as tribute in place of her sister Prim and ended up starting a revolution!

    After taking a break from acting and the Hollywood spotlght, Jennifer is back on the scene! She most recently starred in the raunchy summer comedy No Hard Feelings and before that produced and starred in Causeway. She also welcomed her first child, a son named Cy, with her husband Cooke Maroney last year.

    2. Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark (District 12)

    The kind and generous tribute from District 12 who once fed Katniss bread when she was hungry and ultimately was a low-key PR genius (the baby!) for their time during the Hunger Games. And, of course, he ended up married to Katniss. 

    Josh Hutcherson now:

    Josh Hutcherson has continued acting since his Hunger Games days. His biggest role to date was starring on Hulu's Future Man, and he will star in the highly-anticipated upcoming Five Nights at Freddy's movie. 

    3. Jack Quaid as Marvel (District 1)

    Hate him forever because he killed Rue!!!!! (Okay, at least Jack Quaid apologized.)

    Jack has had a thriving post-Hunger Games career! You may have seen him in a little show called The Boys, and he will also appear in a little indie movie called Oppenheimer. 

    4. Leven Rambin as Glimmer (District 1)

    A career who died by tracker jackers. Not a great way to go...

    Since The Hunger Games, Leven has appeared on shows like True Detective and The Path. She has also starred in movies like The Big Ugly, Mank, and The Forever Purge.

    5. Alexander Ludwig as Cato (District 2)

    "Cato is the nastiest skank bitch I have ever met. Do not trust him. He is a fugly slut." (Regina George's words, not mine.)

    Alex has a big TV career after his time as a career tribute, with starring roles on Vikings, Swerve, and currently Heels. 

    6. Isabelle Fuhrman as Clove (District 2)

    Isabelle played Clove and Esther in the horror movie Orphan, and I'm not sure which character is worse, TBH.

    Isabelle reprised her role as Esther in 2022's Orphan: First Kill. 

    7. Jacqueline Emerson as "Foxface" (District 5)

    Taught me to literally never, ever, ever eat unidentified berries! Oopsies.

    Jacqueline is an actor, singer, and composer, and she's very active on TikTok where she posts covers and even occasional Hunger Games content.

    8. Amandla Stenberg as Rue (District 11):

    Sweet baby girl deserved SO MUCH BETTER. Three finger salute!!!!

    Amandla's had a big movie career post Hunger Games, starring in films like Everything, Everything, The Hate U Give, Dear Evan Hansen, Bodies Bodies Bodies, and most recently Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse.

    9. Dayo Okeniyi as Thresh (District 11):

    Okay, but I definitely cried when he lets Katniss go in honor of Rue. I really think they could have been friends in another life.
