Some viewers think this is significant because the blood appears to be in the shape of a dragon.

One fan even pointed out that Jon's blood appears to shift from wolf-shaped to dragon.
If it's true, it adds fuel to the fire that we'll soon get confirmation of the R+L=J theory, which means Jon Snow is really the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark.
The show dropped several hints about R+L=J last season, and many believe there will be a flashback to the Tower of Joy – the alleged scene of Jon's birth to Lyanna – in the next few episodes.
