Here's What The "Game Of Thrones" Actors Have Said About The Last Season

    "Best season everrrr!"

With the final season of Game of Thrones not quite living up to the expectations of many fans, some are looking at cast interviews about the show with a whole new perspective.

With every episode, this clip gives new subtext. #GameOfThrones #DemThrones

Like, Emilia Clarke somewhat jokingly declaring, "Best season ever!" while looking into the camera serves real The Office vibes.

Emilia also told Vanity Fair that what happens to Dany really messed with her.

When Episode 5 aired, Emilia shared this photo on Instagram, with a caption that included the sick emoji.

Meanwhile, Liam Cunningham and Conleth Hill had an interesting reaction when asked if they were happy with how the season ends.

Conleth was a bit more direct in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, talking about how upset he was with what happens to his character Varys.

Gwendoline Christie, who plays Brienne of Tarth, also told Entertainment Weekly she was upset about her character's plot — specifically the way Jaime abandons her.

Kit Harington jokingly had some choice words for the season, describing the final season as "disappointing" to PopBuzz.

While Peter Dinklage has had more positive things to say...although without seeming particularly enthusiastic.

Is it just me or does this clip of Peter Dinklage talking about the Game of Thrones finale look like a hostage video?

Maybe he was tired that day?

The most outright positive responses have come from the Stark sisters. Sophie Turner said of Sansa, "I’m really happy where this storyline for her has ended up," while Maisie Williams described the final season as "incredible."

HBO is releasing a documentary about the making of the final season after the show concludes, so no doubt we'll get more insight into the cast's emotions then.
