I love the counter — that was the draw — but it also counts your calories and the amount of time that you've spent jumping to track your progress. Promising review: "I bought this because of the reviews, so it was only fair for me to leave one as well. I was so impressed by this equipment. I am so tired after doing push-ups all over the place on this thing. There is a chart that came with it that even gives combos to try with each hand in a different position. The board itself is color coded, so you don't even have to look at the chart to figure out what areas you want to hit. It's simple, but it is high quality. I like the color too, it sort of adds an accent in my house with this black and red color, but it is not too big to take too much space in the house (that was my worry before we assembled it). It is comfortable to ride on, enough padding on the seat, and definitely an excellent tool to work out and burn some extra calories! " —Elaine

Promising review: "Perfect purchase for my 7-year-old. I bought a few different balls just to check them all out, and he seems to like this one very much. I suggest pumping it up full for a day or two just to get all the creases out and then taking a little air out if your kid wants a softer ball. Every ball I've ever ordered came deflated; that's just how they ship even really expensive ones. This ball is great because the skin is semi-soft, and he gets a great kick on the ball. The price was by far the best of every purchase I've made, and my kid likes it the best, so it was a win-win. Game on!" —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "I love it! The design is clean and simple. The games are basic, but still keep me in a plank longer than normal. I like the workout part, basically 30-second intervals of different exercises, you pick how many 30-second segments you want to do at a time. There is a daily challenge too. I would be bored to tears after one 40-second regular plank, I do over six minutes plus at each session on this and you really feel it strengthening your core." —WanderingTree

Promising review: "There is so much you can do with this bar I’m so glad I ordered it! I got the 20 lb and I would definitely consider getting both a lighter and heavier bar to switch it up for different exercises. I really love this in place of dumbbells and it’s been fun finding different ways to use it. If you get this bar there’s really nothing else you need" —Amazon Customer

Fill it up with water (more on that below!) and hold it while you complete a set of squats, lunges, or planks. This training bag can be filled with up to 45 pounds of water, so you can customize its weight based on your workout needs.

Here's how to get it set up: remove the plug, push a circular button to open it, pour in one of the included Tidal Tank color dyes, then pour in the amount of water you'd like to fill it up with, push the button to close it, and pump air in with the included pump!

It also comes with an instruction guide and access to the Tidal Tank app.

Promising review: "I really like how versatile this bag is. While you are performing movements, the water moving around inside adds dynamic force, causing you to engage your core and use more muscle fibers to remain steady throughout the movement. Easy to fill, easy to pump. A great product overall. It's a great addition to my training tools." —David
