I have this sports bra and I've worn it countless times for low impact activities (see me wearing it above during an indoor yoga session). Even though it doesn't have full padding, it *still* provides great support during my workouts. It doesn't cut into my shoulders or feel too tight on my chest while I switch poses. It's also made with sustainable materials, which is definitely a plus when it comes to activewear.
