I learned this trick from the ologies podcast.
Pick a category, and list one item from that category for every letter of the alphabet.
So for example, the other night my category was foods I do not like:
Avocado, brussel sprouts, cranberries, dark chocolate... Etc etc.
Elevation energy bars. I like the white chocolate macadamia nut version the best.
They're similar to the Clif bars but I like Aldi's version better because they're chewy, taste better, and I feel fuller after eating the Aldi version.
Dry erase markers, a fair salary, kids to be quiet when I ask them, kids to hand in their work, the ability to control the heating and air conditioning in my classroom at any time of the year (meaning when it was 70 a few weeks ago I could turn off the heat AND turn on the air or…Â
