Leo's a weirdo, and I say that with the kind of respect I reserve for whiskey. She can always make me laugh, and just when I'm having the worst day, she kind of knows how to yank me out of it with silly photobooth pics, or "4:20" or literally just a funny question. Leo doesn't know that she's been unintentionally doing this for me for almost three years, but I'm going to miss her so much.

Also, we used to watch movies together and then write posts about them and those are some of my most favorite posts. I'm going to miss you so damn much.

It was January 7, 2013 when Leo changed all of our lives for the better. We were a little start up working in the shadow of BFNY in a shared work space out of an old bank. Things were bleak. There was ambient music (in an office!?) and no snacks. Brews didn't even exist for LA! And all fun facts were sent via email to the handful of employees in the LA office.

Since no one probably knows these, Leo's fun facts were the following:

- Virgo (but it doesn't matter)

- Judaism, but not too serious about it

- Languages: English (basic), French (pretty decent)

5 days later Leo answered her first editorial group reply when Matthew Perpetua asked what are the Worst Songs To Hear As You Die. Her answer? HAPPY BIRTHDAY. In all caps. Brilliant.

Leo has the ability to make me feel so special every time I see her. She is always so warm and supportive. This is the end of an era. I'm starting to cry as I write this.

I'll really miss you Leo. You are the fucking best!
