A Quiet Place 2. The first one was tense, but had quite a bit of "downtime" sprinkled in. I was stressed the entire way through the sequel, like had to stop it and walk away for awhile at one point because it was too much.
Jaws for sure. I was 3, Dad thought I would be too young to remember. After that, there were no monsters in my closet because the shark that lived under my bed at them and was waiting to get me.
Watching tv and movies I loved growing up, and now the actors look so much younger than I remember. Example: loved Field of Dreams since I was a kid - I was slightly older than the little girl when I first saw it, now I'm older than Kevin Costner was by quite a few years.

Invisible Man (2020) - so many tense scenes when you're trying to "see" if he's there. The most stressful scene to me is when Elizabeth Moss is cooking breakfast; it's a beautiful wide shot of the whole kitchen and she's just going about her business, but you just KNOW he's there.…Â
In The Mouth of Madness came out while I was in high school. Creepiest thing I've ever seen, still can't rewatch it now, 20-some years later. Absolutely fantastic plot twists though - great story, horrifying imagery.
Captain America: Winter Soldier, when you find out 1) that Bucky Barnes is the Winter Soldier, and 2) that Pierce is leading Hydra and how far they've infiltrated SHIELD.
