In case you're unaware, there's a whole bunch of drama currently occurring between Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber.
The brief overview is as follows:
– Selena and Justin were in an on-again-off-again relationship for around three years (from 2011 to 2014).
– After they broke up, Justin would post pictures of himself and Selena on his Instagram and it seemed like both of them were having some trouble moving on.
– Last weekend, Justin uploaded a series of photos of himself with Sofia Richie (sister of Nicole), which people automatically assumed meant they're dating.
– Selena's fans were not at all happy about this, and spammed Justin's photos with the snake emoji.
– Selena commented on one of the photos telling Justin to "stop posting pictures of [his] girlfriend".
The whole thing culminated in Justin deleting his entire Instagram account, which he had threatened to do after people continually posted "hate" in the comments of his photos.
But Selena seems to have expressed some regret for the situation with this cryptic Snapchat, which simply said, "What I said was selfish and pointless".
While the Snapchat isn't ~definitely~ about Justingate, it doesn't seem like it could be in reference to anything else.
