1. "Flight," Grey's Anatomy

The episode of Grey’s when Lexie died in the plane crash. The moment that gets me the most is when she’s dying and she knows it and just wants Mark to be there with her. It’s a very well written scene and tears come to my eyes every time I watch it.

When Michael died on Jane the Virgin. Jane's reaction killed me. She fell down screaming and I was just sobbing.

The episode of Buffy where Buffy comes home all happy and finds her mom dead on the couch. I cried so hard the first time I saw that episode and every time I’ve seen it since.

The scene where Diablo is waiting for Blanca with flowers after she's released — both eager to start their lives together — only for her to be put back in handcuffs to be deported. It's absolutely heartbreaking.

6. "Everyone's Waiting," Six Feet Under

It felt like all the characters had just come to terms with life and the series was going to end on an OK note...and then the show took us through how each of the characters died. Six Feet Under is one of those shows where you get so attached to the characters, and to watch each of them pass away is just heart-wrenching. I ugly sobbed for a good 45 minutes after, to the point where my boyfriend, now husband, thought something was seriously wrong with me.

7. "Doomsday," Doctor Who

I bawled in my room watching the scene with 10 and Rose on the beach in the alternate universe. I’m a huge romantic and the idea of being separated from someone you love, never being able to see them again, never getting to tell them you love them back? Heart-wrenching. You can feel the magnetic pull between them, the raw emotions. Even thinking about it...sigh.

8. "Free," The Act

The last episode of The Act when Gypsy is crying in her jail cell and we see her leaning on her mom (who was actually dead). It was was a breathtaking scene, but I cried so much!

Gets me every time! I literally cry like a banshee. Such an emotional episode —you can feel it building. When Will says, "How come he don't want me, man?" it's game OVER. Pass me ALL of the tissues!

The episode with Q's funeral in One Tree Hill. Seeing how his death affected so many people, the impact his life brought to the other characters, actually broke my heart.

The episode of Orange Is The New Black when Poussey is killed — my heart was broken for days after I watched that episode. Her death was so unfair and senseless. That whole season was so difficult to watch, but that ending upset me so much I wasn't sure if I could continue watching the show.

This episode is all about what caused the rift in Ron and Leslie's friendship. They showed a flashback of Ron missing everyone that left the parks department to go work with Leslie, so he planned to meet with her to ask her for a job. But Leslie forgot all about it and never showed. That shot of Ron sitting alone at the diner as you see him realize that Leslie forgot about him is, legitimately, the worst. I cried to the point of being inconsolable when I first saw it — a reaction that I have never had before or since from a TV show.

It's a school shooting episode, so as a teacher it really hits home for me. Seeing the grief that Jimmy went through makes me empathize 100%. It’s also the episode where Uncle Keith died, which just absolutely devastated me. Too much sadness to handle!

I don't know why, but I full-on SOBBED when I first watched this episode. I've never cried that hard over a damn TV show. Since it aired, I've watched it twice and still cried.
