When baking a cake, cut out a piece of parchment paper that's approximately the same size as the bottom of the pan and grease the rest of the pan. Now your cake will slide right out! (after waiting 20 mins of course)
Honestly I just heat up some microwaveable brown rice, cook up fully-cooked frozen grilled chicken, maybe fry a little bit of veggies, add salt, paprika, a few soy sauce packets, and then that's it. Bone app the teeth ? ??????
For me, I don't workout until I have a healthy iftar and wait at least an hour or so after. Not only do you have energy, but you don't feel like throwing up from all the food either.
