Or how when Ben is reading the town's history in the library in IT the librarian can be seen in the background stating at him and smiling and getting closer with each shot. I only noticed this the second time when I was watching it with my friends and it gave me chills.

I like how it the IT movie's at some points (like talking to Georgie) Pennywise is looking at the camera with one eye and in the other direction with his other eye. It just gives it more creepiness to feel watched. Bill Skarsgard can actually do that with his eyes.
