Okay… I for one, APPRECIATE this post. I have actually found that my grocery bill costs the same or is cheaper when I buy healthier foods because I avoid all the chocolate bars and bags of chips that I used to buy (and I used to buy a lot… I was the opposite of healthy before). Use that money saved to buy foods that are better for you.
You are in control of your bills, you can skip the mani/pedi or shopping trip and spend the saved money on products that will improve your quality of life. Just eat healthier and natural food, it doesn’t necessarily have to be 100% organic, just natural!
PS: Costco sells BULK ORGANIC food now. A giant bag of frozen organic broccoli is $7 while a regular-sized bag of non-organic broccoli at the grocery store costs the same. Oh, and Whole Foods has sales too!
When people leave an entire eraser’s worth of eraser shavings on their desk, which just became your new desk..
I. Love. You.
