Don't smoke for a day and go into an office or a classroom and smell a smoker. I was so embarrassed I smelled like that. It was enough to start thinking about quitting.
One day I woke up and said, "you can't have a cigarette until 10am today." The next day was 10:30am, then 11am, and so forth. After some time, I was able to go a whole day and then it got easier. I quit in 2008.
Most importantly, make sure your clothes fit well! Check the length of your sleeves and pants against any fit chart. A stylish outfit can look horrible if ill-fitted.
I set aside fifteen - twenty minutes a day to do something just for me, whether it's listening to music, sitting in silence with a cup of tea, anything that gives you piece of mind
