The First Look At Netflix's "Selena: The Series" Is Finally Here

    Get here quicker, 2020.

    We've got some exciting Selena Quintanilla news today!!!

    Back in August, it was revealed that The Walking Dead's Christian Serratos would be starring in Netflix's Selena: The Series, and today we've got the first look of the new show!

    If you don't remember Serratos from The Walking Dead, then you *might* remember her from the Twilight movies or Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.

    ANYWAY, the first look at the show — which will tell the coming-of-age story of Selena and her rise to stardom — is so exciting! It follows Serratos reading her script in her trailer...

    ...applying red lipstick...

    ...practicing her dance moves...

    ...giving Selena's father (played by Ricardo Chavira) a kiss on the cheek...

    ...saying hello to Madison Taylor Baez, who will play the younger version of Selena...

    ...and then performing onstage!

    So far, all we know is that the six-episode series isn't set to stream until sometime in 2020, so until then we'll just have to watch this clip over and over again.
