    There's this nail "polish" that's a clear coat and has a strong taste so if you try to bite, it's disgusting

    Spend the extra bucks to get a nice manicure. You won't want to ruin it after paying for it and keeping your nails polished nicely without biting them will slowly make you lose the habit. Plus, painted nails look more professional

    First I think you need to be open to the idea of therapy to find a good therapist. I've been going to therapy since I was ~8 (now 19) and I was basically forced into it so never liked it. I got to an age and point in my life where I realized I needed help without my parents forcing…

    From having both anxiety and depression: It's normal to feel the way you do, so don't push it aside thinking you're going through it alone. Half the battle is accepting yourself, and from there you can move forward. Also, start putting yourself first and stop worrying about what others…
