I was a neurodivergent child and managed to be trained by my parents to behave well in public spaces. It can be done. There are likely exceptions--there always are--but neurodivergence isn't an automatic pass for bad behavior.

As a teacher, I was confused by that, too. In the USA, there are privacy laws that make sharing other kids information with people who are not their parents illegal. Maybe the person meant they were sick of their own appointment being delayed because someone else's went long?
