    1. An adjustable duster brush great for air conditioners, fans, and window blinds because news flash, those need to be cleaned on occasion — the amount of dust that can accumulate there is *cough* genuinely disgusting. This handy dandy tool comes with five microfiber cloths, meaning you'll be able to clean your whole darn house in one sweep.

Promising review: "This product is AMAZING! You can clean both sides of two blinds at once and grip them firmly to get ALL of the dust off. Plus, it comes with five covers, so that no matter how dirty your blinds are, you'll be able to finish dusting your whole house! I also love that you can wash the covers and don't have to waste money on refills." —Sarah

Reviewer using the light string in purple to line a corner of the room

This even has a remote control so you can adjust the light settings from your bed (or office chair).

The surface allows me to control the amount of olive oil used, the dome lid design is great for faster cooking without turning up the heat, and the pan itself is so beautiful I leave it out on my stovetop as decoration. 14. Brow Flick – a brush-tip detailing pen that makes filling in sparse brows a summer breeze. The smudge-proof formula is sheer but buildable, here to help you create a natural (or dramatic) look depending on your preference.

before and after photo of BuzzFeed Senior Editor Maitland with and without the brow product
    Maitland Quitmeyer / BuzzFeed

"I've lived many eyebrow lives until this point: the not-filled in at all, the filled in WAY TOO HARSHLY AND DARK (major regret), and most recently, the 'just a few sweeps of brow mascara.' But when Glossier launched their newest eyebrow wonder, the Brow Flick, I really wanted to try it and see if it filled in my brows a little more than just gel does, without looking tooooooooo over-the-top. My perfect face of makeup is a heavy-ish brow, mascara, and a red lip, but finding the right balance for your forehead caterpillars can be a major challenge. I have bushy-ish brows, but the front of them (closest to my nose) is a very sparse swirl, making it look like my brows don't even start where they should.

TL;DR: I LOVE this pen! It's really easy to apply in short, hair-like strokes, and the fluid doesn't come pouring out quickly so you don't make mistakes. I like a dramatic brow look (as you can see LOL), but you can defs do a more natural one! Thanks to the really fine tip and not-too-inky formula, it's VERY easy to build up! Just a few quick strokes (easier and more natural looking than a brow pencil, I found), a couple of brushes with your favorite brow gel (Boy Brow is great, and Glossier sells Boy Brow and Brow Flick in a set, saving you four bucks!). I also realized I really needed to pluck my brows after taking this photo for you guys, so it's a win-win!" —Maitland Quitmeyer, BuzzFeed Senior Editor

Get it from Glossier for $18 (available in three shades).

    15. Long-handle spoons to stir any beverage to *chef's kiss* absolute perfection. Your iced coffee will taste immaculate. That artisanal cocktail in which you've put three too many scoops of sugar is going to be A-OK. Just keep stirring and listen to the ASMR sounds of metal hitting glass. I feel serene already.

    four gold spoons

Get a set of four from Amazon for $8.99.

    16. Zip Top silicone containers anyone who eats or cooks needs to buy, pronto. Single use plastic can't hold a candle to these must-have kitchen items: Some are designed with a flat bottom to remain open on countertops, make for easy pouring (pancake batter has met its match), and keep food fresh for a longer period of time.

    BuzzFeed / Maitland

Promising review: "If you're looking for a set of reusable bags to reduce your waste, look no further. This Zip Top silicone set is just about perfect. The eight-piece full set comes with cups (with circular flat bottoms), dishes (with elongated flat bottoms) and bags (for easy taking to-go without taking up a bunch of room). They're airtight, and just EASY PEASY to use — aka I don't have to track down a matching lid. Half-eaten oranges, leftover crepe batter, granola, all live handily in these pretty lavender containers. The pointed sides make for effortless pouring — everything from shaking granola into my morning yogurt to dispensing thin crepe batter into a pan for a weekend breakfast.

They're dishwasher-safe (on the top AND bottom racks), freezer-safe, AND microwave safe, so you can truly say goodbye forever to disposable bags. They haven't retained any sorts of staining or smells and wash up beautifully. At just over $11 a pop when you break it down, they're not *cheap* but when you add up box after box after box of plastic bags, you'll make up for the cost in no time flat. I haven't been ~on the go~ much in the past year (🙃), but when I do I'll definitely use these to bring snacks to the office. And they come in pretty pastel colors that personally just make me happy to look at in my fridge." —Maitland Quitmeyer, BuzzFeed Deputy Editor

Promising review: "I never thought I’d be writing a review for straws, but here we are. These are FANTASTIC. I try to be as eco-friendly as possible but was ready to give up. I’ve tried metal straws, but they are tough to clean and I don’t love metal against my teeth. I’ve tried other reusable plastic and silicone options but they don’t work for thicker drinks like smoothies. These actually address all of my issues. I’ve used them for thick smoothies, that I drink daily, and just for other everyday drinks like water. They couldn’t be easier to snap open and clean, dry, then easily snap back into shape to use again." —M. Alexandra

It takes a couple of seconds at most, it's remarkably easy to clean, and the construction/materials/design's incredible. I even dropped it and the shake didn't spill. I've taken to making iced coffees in it as well. It's great for my physical job where eating a big lunch slows me down and makes me tired. This way I can have a big shake instead. The soap bar-shaped stainless steel, with the text "rub away" on it

Promising review: "I always thought it was a hoax that a piece of steel could remove kitchen odors (like from chopping onions or garlic). I am happy to report that it totally works.
