Being upset at something when you’re young (and even as an adult) doesn’t mean you don’t care about people dying… I really dislike when people say —oh your problem is insignificant, there are people starving, dying, etc. I can be upset at my own problem and worldly problems.

What I do is measure the recipe with cups while on top of a scale. Then for next time I have weight of the flour I specifically used previously. Sometimes general conversions don’t work as well.
