OG PBS kid here. Every afternoon of my early childhood was Mr. Rogers, Sesame Street, Electric Company, and 3-2-1 Contact. I still get all of those songs stuck in my head daily - it's not a bad thing, though.
I've had fried alligator, squirrel, crawfish, and frog legs a kid. It wasn't weird where and when I grew up. It's not as common now, though - I live in a different part of the country and am much more health-conscious.
Albert Fish, as mentioned in the article. That letter that he wrote is so dark, haunting, and cruel. I've always felt so sorry for that poor child's mother who had to read it during what was already a nightmare of a situation for any parent.
Make sure you like the smell and the texture of whatever you buy so that you'll actually want to use it everyday. Even the most expensive, magical, high-tech elixir is worthless if it stays in the cabinet collecting dust.
Also, stay out of the sun!
"Thrill seeker?" I picked the closest destination to home and the activities don't require me to leave the hotel. Lol, nope. Try "peace and quiet" seeker. My alter ego is someone without responsibilities and stress!
