Agree with this whole list. I definitely do not mind helping customers find stuff or see if we have something because I am not sure. But, being rude and acting inconvenienced when it doesn’t go entirely your way makes me not want to help you. I’ve also had people yell at me because stuff didn’t scan the right price. It happens. And if you are right, we will fix it for you. We didn’t have a special agenda to charge you more.
