Perhaps it was made in the 1980s, but ‘Longtime Companion’ was shown on PBS when I was still ‘curious,’ and it scared the shit out of me. I was convinced that if I were truly gay, I’d never find happiness.  Also, where’s the ‘Tales of the City’ love? That thing was huge.

She was indeed miscast in ‘Follies,’ but it mostly worked. While I’d’ve gone with ‘Last Midnight’ rather than ‘Children Will Listen,’ I liked this list.
