11/23-11/30: The Week of No Spending
As a recent (yet poor) college grad, I have my expenses, but I certainly contribute to my dwindling bank account through excessive habit of eating out and buying things I probably could do without. Though I was fortunate enough to graduate without owing any money for loans, I do pay for: rent, car insurance, renters insurance, electricity, phone and internet, car services, gas, credit card bills, food, entertainment, etc. My father pays for health insurance and copays for doctors visits, especially since I broke my finger a couple months ago and have had extra doctors visits this year. I decided to challenge myself to a week of no spending – anything.
