There is nothing that hurts more than losing someone you love.
Today there are millions and millions of people around the world living with cancer. And, although we have found ways to fight back, there are still some who lose the battle.
When you experience the death of a loved one, it's important to take all the time you need to grieve and heal.
And understand that healing may be an emotional rollercoaster of a process.
We all do different things to cope with loss. Sometimes it's writing.
Or treating yourself to something special to brighten your day.
Or perhaps leaning on people who are close to you for support.
