okay its been a few years but i think i got it;
so steampunk is an art style in which you take characters from pop culture, dress them in brass/bronze-based clothing to resemble almost a steam-pipe pressure system of, say, a submarine, put this character into an art nouveau portrait, and put the word “punk” on the end to i don't know, get back at the vikings for the whole greenland/iceland thing. okay. got it. steampunk is stupid.

It was a good try, but Clopin and Hook are the only two that I think are any good. I'm surprised Alice in Wonderland didn't make the list.

I don't feel that they took steampunk to the level it could have gone to. I expected a lot more over-the-top gadgetry than a metal shinguard and a gear on your hat.

Ursula only had six tentacles in the film. Look it up, it's true. So, A for effort, but no.

I mean, it's interesting, but I really wish there was a “Why?” badge.
