It's all true! I only wish I had figured it out many years ago. Another thing - if you do give in to temptation once in a while, you immediately realize what an insane amount of sugar is in most sodas and sweet junk foods.

What shocking results. Teens read for school assignments. Twenty and Thirty-somethings are too busy starting and raising their young families to read. Seniors read less probably due to failing eyesight and/or illness. Who'd a thunk it?
