36 Unique Places To Get Hitched In Vegas, Ranging From The Bizarre To The Extravagant

From a rollercoaster to the flagship Taco Bell, there's no shortage of distinctive places to tie the knot in Sin City.

The concept of "getting married in Vegas" certainly isn't anything new. From Elvis impersonators as officiants, to drunken same-day decisions, getting hitched in Sin City is often viewed as a mixture of delightfully kitschy, spontaneous, and romantic in its own unique way.

In addition to being an over-the-top location to tie the knot, Las Vegas is also in one of the few states where you can get a same-day marriage license — Nevada. In combination with the highly encouraged drinking and partying, you can probably see how Vegas weddings have become such a "thing."

But if you're anything like me — well, me yesterday before I started researching this article — you probably think that the cute but kitschy chapels, and Elvis officiants, are pretty much the only options in that wild city.

As I looked into whether or not that was true, I was quite surprised to find that there are some unbelievably unique, glamorous, niche, insane, and, at times, pricey wedding venue options in Las Vegas.

From elitely private helicopter ceremonies, to a handful of the most well-known landmarks in the area, the list of interesting places to get married in Vegas is much longer than you might think.

Without further ado, let's take a closer look at 36 of the coolest places I stumbled upon.

1. The Mob Museum

Almost exactly what it sounds like, and nothing like you would ever expect at the same time, The Mob Museum is one of Las Vegas's most popular tourist destinations. According to their website, they are "a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to advance the public understanding of organized crime’s history and impact on American society." But while you might think this venue is only suited for couples obsessed with The Godfather, The Mob Museum offers a slew of varying wedding packages for different couple styles. 

With the most affordable package starting at $600 (The Million Dollar Wedding) for up to four guests, and the most expensive being $16,950–$17,950 (The Vintage Vegas Wedding) for 60 guests, there's something for every kind of couple looking to get hitched while surrounded by many unique aspects of American crime history, glamour, and prohibition. 

2. The Titanic Staircase

If you've never been able to let go of the love lost in the Titanic film, you can ensure that your journey ends on a more positive note than Jack and Rose's by tying the knot on a replica of the Grand Staircase from the ship at Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition at Luxor. Unlike other same-day locations, this ceremony-only venue requires 30-days notice and can host up to 15 guests. 

3. The Flagship Taco Bell Location

I wouldn't have blinked at the idea of a couple having Taco Bell cater their wedding, but when I saw that you can actually get married at the flagship location in Vegas, I can honestly say I was caught off guard. While I'm more of a McDonald's girl myself, I can see why people would choose this super niche place to tie the knot. Also, after seeing the adorable photos of the weddings held there, I'm now fully on board. 

According to tacobellwedding.com (never a URL I ever thought I'd come across, TBH), Marriage Is On The Menu. "One of the most memorable days of your life should be your wedding day. Kind of like how the most unforgettable memories you ever had were those that involved Taco Bell. So why not put the two together and have a Taco Bell wedding?" I mean, I'm sold. Plus, there's no denying that Taco Bell has an ideal name and logo for the day your wedding bells ring out.  

4. The High Roller Ferris Wheel

For lovers of incredible views, unique experiences, and intimate privacy, a ceremony in one of the High Roller's private cabins is the ideal place to say "I do." Able to accommodate 18 people (the couple and 16 of their chosen guests), I can't imagine a more magical way to celebrate your nuptials than 550 feet in the air, surrounded only by those who are truly the most important in your lives. 

According to their webpage, "Couples can take their marriage to new heights with this unique and unforgettable ceremony venue that will have their guests talking for years to come. These private cabins are perfect for proposals, elopements and unforgettable Las Vegas weddings. You can add wedding amenities such as flowers, music, photography, cinematography, and even an Elvis minister to get the party started."

5. The Pinball Hall Of Fame

Hosted by Las Vegas Wedding Wagon, a ceremony at the Pinball Hall Of Fame is one of the quirkiest and best ways for a couple to celebrate their love over their mutual admiration for these classic arcade games. According to their webpage, "Your love will definitely go 'Full Tilt' at this fun and unique location just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. We can't think of a better way to Start the Two-Player game of your life!​" While it's certainly not for everyone, I think this wedding venue is absolutely adorable!

6. The Neon Museum

The Neon Museum is one of Las Vegas's most interesting and unique locations to tie the knot, surrounded by history in this famously glowing city. If you love the signs that currently light up the Las Vegas skyline, then you're going to love the graveyard of preserved signage from decades past at this truly intriguing place. 

According to their website, the museum was founded in 1966, is a 501(c)3, and is "dedicated to collecting, preserving, studying and exhibiting iconic Las Vegas signs for educational, historic, arts and cultural enrichment." One look through their Instagram shows the frequency of wedding ceremonies at their iconic Neon Boneyard North Gallery, the latest one being on the angel number day of 2/22/22! 

7. Planet 13 Cannabis Dispensary

The newly offered wedding packages at Planet 13 Las Vegas, the largest dispensary IN THE WORLD, were actually what got me interested in finding other unique wedding venues in Vegas in the first place. As someone who has always imagined having a cannabis bar at my own wedding, I'm willing to bet this cannabis wedding venue is many tokers' idea of a dream nuptials location. 

While Nevada is working on setting up consumption lounges, one thing to be very clear about is that no one can actually consume cannabis during the wedding ceremony, and you can't incorporate it in the ceremony. While I assume that latter piece means you can't use pot leaves to accentuate your bouquet (RIP), Planet 13 VP of Sales and Marketing David Farris spoke with Cannabis Business Times to explain the regulations further. “We don’t want to do anything that puts licenses in jeopardy or creates any larger-scale issues,” he said. “So, we’re very by the book and strict in that way.” 

The company hopes to expand its offerings moving forward, but for now, they offer a few different packages ranging from super low-key to super extravagant. 

8. Twilight Zone Or KISS-Themed Mini-Golf Courses

There are two similar yet wildly different options here: The KISS-themed course and chapel at Rio or the Twilight Zone-themed course and chapel at Bally's. While neither venue options actually marry on the themed courses, the ceremonies in their respective chapels include mini-golf passes! Whether your niche is rock 'n' roll legends or sci-fi movies, these fabulously-themed locations offer a truly unique wedding destination. 

9. Aboard A Romantic Gondola At The Venetian

There are numerous wedding locations and packages at The Venetian in Las Vegas, but the most romantic and intimate seems to be aboard what's known as their White Wedding Gondola. Only the couple is allowed onboard (for pretty obvious space reasons), making this a uniquely private and special way to float into the next chapter of your love story. 

Complete with a photographer and flower budget, the Timeless package, as this one is known on The Venetian website, starts at $1,850. 

10. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant

If you can't quite swing a trip to the actual Eiffel Tower for your special day, the replica in Las Vegas is one of the most beautiful and classically romantic substitutes you'll ever find. According to their website, "Romance abounds from the moment you step off of the private elevator and into the elegant dining room. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the Las Vegas Strip and offer a spectacular view of the dancing Bellagio fountains." Paired with incredible food and impeccable views, the Eiffel Tower offers something truly special for couples and up to 24 guests.

Love is truly in the air when you select Maverick Helicopters to be part of your special day. Whether you're hoping for a luxuriously private ceremony as you float over the strip at night, or you opt to be flown to a gorgeous nearby location, the company offers a range of incredible wedding packages. 

Their Neon Lights package (on the more affordable end of the scale) truly sounds like a dazzling dream for any adventurous couples who would prefer to say "I do" in a secluded and magical moment. According to their website, "Once on your private helicopter, you'll exchange your wedding vows with your special someone while enjoying exhilarating views of some of the most extravagant hotels in the world. You won't forget the unmatched views of iconic landmarks such as Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Stratosphere, MGM Grand, Paris Las Vegas' Eiffel Tower, Luxor, historic downtown, and the neon lights of the Las Vegas Strip."

12. Wolfgang Puck Restuarants

From the beauty of the venues, to the grandeur of the cuisine, a wedding at any of Wolgang Puck's nine Vegas locations is definitely for fine-dining-obsessed couples. According to their website's Weddings page, "Wolfgang Puck Catering’s expert services will ensure that your wedding is a reflection of your love, your journey, and more importantly, your personality." 

It doesn't matter how picky your family might be, no one will have a bad word to say about the food at your wedding if you choose to go with Wolfgang Puck Catering. It's timeless yet innovative, romantic and special, and the perfect way to keep everyone satisfied as the good times roll throughout the reception. 

13. The STRAT SkyPod

Say "I do" 800 feet high in the sky at one of the STRAT SkyPod wedding chapels — another fabulous venue with a fantastic vista. Per their website, their "two chapels are located on SkyPod Level 103 for traditional ceremonies with a view. Wedding options include indoor and outdoor observation deck weddings on Levels 108 and 109, private balcony weddings with a view on Level 112, and thrill ride weddings. The settings for ceremonies are endless." 

The STRAT offers numerous wedding packages that can typically accommodate up to 90 guests. Even though it looks small, when standing below on the strip, there's more than enough room to dance the night away atop one of Vegas's most iconic buildings. 

14. The Shark Reef Aquarium At Mandalay Bay

Lovers of the underwater world are sure to be drawn to this ultra-unique ceremony location for its aquatic and adrenaline-inducing vibes. Able to accommodate the couple and up to 10 guests, you can say "I do" in an intimate ceremony as sharks swim all around you. According to their website, the cost for this location starts at $1,000. 

15. Denny's

For the breakfast lovers who have fallen in love, Denny's on Fremont St. in Las Vegas is the perfect place to get hitched. According to their website, the $199 package includes:

- Use of the chapel

- Silk presentation bouquet & boutonniere 

Available in red, white, pink or yellow

- Wedding Pancake Puppies® cake

- Champagne toast

- Two wedding T-shirts

- Two Original Grand Slams® - (good for your next visit)

While it may seem odd to some, Denny's is a lovely, low-key, and low-cost wedding venue option. Apparently, they perform about 25 weddings per year at their Vegas location! 

16. The Big Apple Coaster

This one seemed like too wild of a ride to be true, but when I looked into it, it turns out you really can take the plunge into married life while riding this famous rollercoaster. Lovers of speed, adrenaline, and adventure are sure to find this quirkily unique "venue" to their taste. According to their website, the coaster reaches a speed of 67 mph — surely enough to get your heart racing well before you make it to the honeymoon suite later on. 

17. The Smith Center For Performing Arts

This elegant and awe-inspiring venue is the perfect place to tie the knot for anyone seeking refinement, culture, and class on their special day. As their main role is showcasing stunning exhibits and shows, the team at The Smith Center surely knows how to throw the perfect event for you and your other half. 

According to their website, "Your wedding is a show in which you are the star, so let The Smith Center be your stage. The stunning art deco style creates an elegant and sophisticated backdrop to your vows, while our ringing carillon bell tower adds a touch of old-world romance. It’s a one-of-a-kind setting that can turn your wedding into a true masterpiece." Who wouldn't want all of that in a wedding? 

18. The Grove

After seeing the beauty of this venue, I may just end up being a Vegas bride after all! The Grove offers a range of wedding packages that aim to make the entire wedding party forget they're only minutes from the neon lights of the strip, and they do so by making their ceremonies majestic and peaceful. 

According to their website, "Our beautiful and peaceful gardens create an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility for your outdoor wedding and reception, unlike any that you will find in Las Vegas." Able to accommodate up to 200 guests, The Grove should be at the top of the list for anyone seeking a fairytale on their special day. 

19. The Graceland Wedding Chapel

While the Graceland Wedding Chapel certainly isn't quite "unique" anymore, it's still deserves a place on this list, as it's one of the most iconic and stereotyped Vegas wedding venues. The history of this chapel is filled with twists and turns, including this little tidbit from the chapel's website about how the original name was changed: 

"In 1967, almost thirty years after the first wedding was performed, an unannounced knock on the door revealed none other than the King of Rock n' Roll himself, Elvis Presley. He was on the doorstep and just wanted to come in for a short visit and tour of the chapel. This stopover by The King forever changed the destiny of the chapel. 

After Elvis's death in 1977, the new owners officially changed its name to Graceland Wedding Chapel in commemoration of the life and chapel visit of Elvis Presley. It was that very same year that the famed Elvis-themed wedding ceremonies were first introduced by the chapel."

If you're up for a tried and true Vegas classic, there is no better place than the iconic Graceland Chapel. 

20. Paiute Golf Resort

Self-described as "rustic, lush, elegant, and modern," the Paiute Gold Resort is one of the dreamiest places to tie the knot in Las Vegas — especially for golf-obsessed couples. But the nice part about this venue, is that while it is technically a golf resort, the amenities and views make it an ideal place even for a couple made of one golf enthusiast and one who's never even played. 

According to their Weddings page, "Paiute is the perfect backdrop and your individual style will reflect in every aspect of your event including ambiance, room design, table decor, and menu selection. With views that will stun you speechless, give your guests that "wow" factor made only in the purity of nature and coupled with the unique and special ways that define your commitment." I've never so much as held a golf club in my life and I'm ready to book this place for my future wedding right now. 

21. Mandalay Bay Beach

Another fabulous Mandalay Bay wedding venue, the wave pool at their iconic beach is a glamourous and tropical place to say your vows and start your lives together. While there are numerous Mandalay Bay ceremony options, the one at this location is truly special and sought-after. According to their site, the $2,200 package includes:

- Two dressing rooms

- Audio enhanced with PA speakers for high-quality sound and video

- Professional lighting to set the ambiance

- Seating music

- Fifty (50) white Chiavari chairs

- Decor for location

The one thing about this venue, though, is that it's only available Monday through Thursday, so no wedding weekends by the sea if this is where you settle on to tie the knot. 

22. Penthouses At The Nobu Hotel At Caeser's Palace

Nobu restaurants are well-known for their luxurious amenities and authentic Japanese sushi and drinks, and the Nobu Hotel at Caeser's Palace in Vegas certainly follows those guidelines to a tee. While there are plenty of options at this location, opting for a penthouse ensures the most extreme privacy and elegance for the couple saying saying "I Do" and their guests. 

Per their website, "All wedding packages at Nobu include 45 minutes of chapel time, minister/officiant services, a wedding coordinator, a professional photo shoot during and after the wedding and an HD video of the ceremony for download. Special to Nobu, your wedding will also include a San San Kudo Sake toast ceremony and two personalized yukata robes for the bride and groom." I can't think of any better place for sushi, sake, and sophistication lovers to tie the knot. 

23. The Little White Wedding Chapel

Fans of actress Sophie Turner and musician Joe Jonas might already have this venue on their radar as the famous couple discreetly married there back in 2019. The venue, equally, if not more famous than the starlet couple, is a renowned wedding location across the world, and holds a dear place in thousands of couples' hearts. 

Since 1951, the Little White Wedding Chapel has hosted innumerable unique, love-drenched ceremonies for all sorts of different couples. Offering nine different wedding packages, ranging from $50 to $1,255, this iconic location is a timeless Vegas wedding classic. 

24. The Las Vegas Motor Speedway

There's no shortage of adrenaline-filled wedding experiences in Sin City, but choosing to host your nuptials at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway with Dream Racing has to be one of the most exhilarating. According to a website that gives information about their services, "Couples can get married on the Friday of a Las Vegas Motor Speedway NASCAR Weekend in Victory Lane. There is no cost for this just the cost of admission to the speedway for the day. Any other wedding would have to be coordinated through the sales department for a fee."

25. The Bellagio Fountains

The romantic beauty of the fountains is the perfect backdrop for you and your beloved as you commit to one another in front of family and friends. But when you choose the Bellagio as your venue, you get much more than a dazzling water show.

From included spa stipends, to transportation to and from the marriage licensing office, the Bellagio is the definition of a full Vegas wedding package.

Designed by famed architect Frank Gehry, this stunning center was commissioned by the chairman and founder of the Keep Memory Alive Foundation, Larry Ruvo, in 2006. With its unconventional look and incredible wedding packages, hosting your wedding here means being a part of something bigger than the biggest day of your life.

The Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino is a ridiculously famous venue known for a myriad of events, but it's an extra special place to tie the knot for those who seek intrigue, wonder, and a little bit of weirdness. Offering opulent ballrooms, eclectic restaurants, and private suites, there's no shortage of dreamy spaces to say "I Do" at this fabulous location. But for something extra dazzling, a ceremony in the iconic Chandelier Lounge is sure to be a show-stopper.

28. Aboard The Song Ship At Treasure Island

If you've ever dreamed of getting married "Elizabeth Swann and Will Turner style" a la Pirates Of The Caribbean, boy does Treasure Island have a treat in store for you. While the location offers chapel ceremonies, they also offer two deluxe packages where you can marry aboard the Song Ship in Siren's Cove. 

Ranging from $1,480 for the Ever After package, to $2,499 for the Enchanted Evening package, Treasure Island can bring your nautical wedding dreams to life. 

29. The Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino

While you can opt for the ultimate classic wedding officiant, an Elvis impersonator, the venue offers 20 iconic minister options, from Marilyn Monroe, to Beetlejuice, to Bowie. If you and your love are into all things rock 'n' roll, this is absolutely the chapel for your special Vegas day. 

33. The Silverton Hotel & Casino's 117,000-Gallon Aquarium Tank

Disclaimer: You and your spouse have to be certified in scuba diving to take the literal plunge in the Silverton Hotel's aquarium tank, but if you are, there's simply no cooler way to say a very bubbly "I Do." 

Complete with mermaid bridesmaids and the most aquatic vibes in town, getting hitched underwater in Las Vegas is sure to be the highlight of your life together thus far. If you can get past the photos all being slightly murky, the Silverton's scuba wedding experience is one of the most unusual and eccentric ways to tie the knot in this town. 

34. The Little Church Of The West

The Little Church Of The West has to be one of the most famous places in Las Vegas overall. Conceived in 1941, "...the Little Church is listed on the National Registry of Historical Places, the only such place on the 'Strip' with this honor," according to their charming website. Innumerable couples have tied the knot at this iconic location, including many celebrities like, Dick ‘Night Train’ Lane, Hall of Fame Footballer, and singer, Dinah Washington (pictured above) in 1963. 

While Vegas has continuously changed over the years, this adorable venue has maintained its place in the city by moving three times! "The chapel first moved from its original location on the north side of the Last Frontier Hotel to the south side in 1954. In 1978, it was moved onto the grounds of the Hacienda Hotel to accommodate the building of the Fashion Show Mall and in 1996, the chapel was moved to its current location, on the corner of Russell Road and Las Vegas Blvd. to accommodate the building of the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino."
