Hello, my fellow millennials. I have a question for you. Does Nicky Hilton's Halloween costume look familiar to you at all?
Because it should... it's what Paris Hilton wore to her 21st birthday party in May of 2002!
Nicky wore the dress to the Casamigos Halloween party over the weekend and captioned her Instagram photo, "21 again tonight" as a nod to the memorable dress.
You might also recall that Kendall Jenner wore a similar dress on her 21st birthday two years ago.
Well, Nicky gave her version a 2018 update by replacing the butterfly clips with a tiara (which is also very Paris Hilton, let's be honest).
And it's hard to say if Nicky had fun that night in her dress. But regardless of who exactly wears this dress, it's clear that it makes for a ~really fun night~.
And that, as Paris would say, is "hot."
